January 07, 2022

Studies have found that regular consumption of Probiotics can lead to a healthy lifestyle that helps reduce high blood pressure and maintain it within a healthy range. Dr. Sun Jing of Griffith Health Institute and School of Medicine said: "These probiotics are mainly found in yogurt, fermented products, yogurt and cheese."
Through the analysis of 543 adults in the case of eating probiotics, study their blood pressure status. The researchers found that people who ingested probiotics had a mean reduction in systolic blood pressure of 3.56 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure of 2.38 mm Hg compared to those who did not take probiotics. Probiotics are most effective for people whose blood pressure is equal to or greater than 130/85. Probiotics that do not take less than 8 weeks have no effect. Eating colonies formed between 109 and 1012 units a day improves blood pressure. Less than 109 units have no effect of lowering blood pressure.
"We believe that probiotics help lower blood pressure and have a positive impact on health. It can also improve total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein, lower blood sugar and insulin resistance, and help regulate the hormonal system and regulate blood pressure and fluid balance. "Sun Jing said.
